Summary/Abstract: In the days of 17, 18, 19 and 23rd of April, it was discussed in the juridical, discsiplinary and immunity Committee of the Chamber of Deputies the Bill regarding the application of Law no. 134/2010 regarding the Civil procedure code. From the Committee’s agenda and the report over the project results the “efficiency” it proved, starting the discussions the day it was received by the Senat (17th of April 2012), and the report, in fact a copy of the nominating, disciplinary, immunity and validation juridical Committee’s report, which was made in the last day of discussions (April 23rd, 2012).
