Summary/Abstract: This study examines tourist accommodation managers' attitude towards implementing the eco-labeling scheme; and, also, the degree of awareness regarding the necessity of directing businesses towards sustainable development by adopting the following: limited water and energy consumption, reduced waste production, the use of renewable resources and low-environmental impact substances, the promotion of the environmental protection education
