Evolution of the Paradigm in the Real Estate Market Research From the Complexity Economic Perspective

Summary/Abstract: The contemporary scientific debate demonstrates the validity of the reorientation ofmainstream economics into the direction of heterodox economics, allowing to formulatea new axiological, doctrinal and methodological basis of the research the real estate market.The process of changing a traditional characteristic of the real estate market and the emergenceof new characteristics, as a consequence of previously unobservable in Poland, rapidgrow up of prices, in 2006–2007, and stable decreases in the form of oscillations, was themain issue of this paper. The paper presents the concept of the paradigm of the real estatemarket, in the spirit of methodological holism, promoting duality economy orthodox andheterodox economics.
