Summary/Abstract: The early years of XX. Century, are the times of Russian – Armenian collaboration in every field. This collaboration is reflected as the pressure against Turks in Azerbajian, forcing them to emigrate and kill them off. Difai Party rose as a result of these attacks on Turks. Although Difai Party frequently negotiated for peace with both Russians and Armenians, these peace calls of Difai Party went unheeded. In our paper, we studied establishment of this party and its activities in this field.
