Summary/Abstract: Today’s Arab world is a monolingual society that lives in a wide area. Stretching from Iraq to Algeria, Arabic is the common language of this society. In addition to this common language that binds the Arab and Islamic world, there are local dialects through which people connect in their daily lives in their individual regions. In this article, these two languages will be compared through a specific framework whereby certain evaluations will be attempted to be made.
