Passive Technology Transfer and the Innovation Activity of Lubelskie Industrial Enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to define the relationship between the passive technologytransfer and innovative activity of industrial enterprises in the Lubelskie voivodeship.The research hypothesis comes down to prove, that innovative activities of industrialenterprises in the Lubelskie voivodeship is determined by passive transfer of technology.The main conclusions can be summarised as follows: (1) passive technology transferstimulates innovative activities in companies in terms of the implementing new technologicalproducts and systems, (2) expenditure on passive transfer of technology are the significantparticipation among the General expenditure on the innovation activities of enterprises,(3) technology transfer most often is carried out by large enterprises with mixed capitalowned, international sales and coverage at a time when revenues remain unchanged.
