Summary/Abstract: Cohabitation represents the life of a partner without civil or civil registration. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the question of cohabitation has not been sufficiently explored. The general aim of this research is to determine the attitudes of students of pedagogy, pre-school education and classroom teaching on cohabitation and marriage. For the purposes of research, a questionnaire „Scale of Censorship and Marriage Attitudes“, which consists of 17 particles, was used. The survey questionnaire was applied on a sample of 114 students of pedagogy, pre-school education and class teaching at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and Education in Mostar in 2016. The research results show that there are statistically significant differences in the views on marriage compared to the study group to which the participants belong. Participants who are judged to be extremely religious also have more positive views on marriages than those who are not religious. There were no statistically significant differences in the individual factors among the participants who had not been in a partnership relationship with the one-year-old person in the past year. There are statistically significant differences between attitudes towards marriage and cohabitation on the whole sample. Participants have an average more positive attitude towards marriage (M = 3.10) than for cohabitation (M = 2.02).
