Iterative Product Quality Model in Agile

Summary/Abstract: As a result of changes in the IT project management, focused in Agile methods, isa concept of iterative approach to define the product quality model. The elaboratedmodel of the two-phase test driven development, by analyzing the process stages oftesting is presented. There was noted, the ability to combine the voice of the client/userto the developer, using proposed iterative quality model. Also is described the way ofdefinition elaborated model for selected user stories.
