Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to compare e-business adoption by small and mediumfirms in EU-27 members. To obtain groups of similar countries, values of compositemeasure were calculated according to the TOPSIS method. The values of the indicatorswere calculated based on the Eurostat data.
