Summary/Abstract: An aim of the study is to characterise and analyse marketing innovations in activities carried out by family service firms. In her study, the author analysed Internet services and fan pages in social services belonging to family firms carrying out service activities. Family firms use Internet marketing tools and are present in social services; however, they apply in a too low degree interactive marketing tools. The practical implications of the study allow indicating efficient tools of Internet marketing accessible for small family firms. The social implications expose creativity and innovative potential of family firms. Article’s category: research article.
