Summary/Abstract: The number of documents: traditional and digital is constantly growing. This circumstancecreates problems for companies and private people. Archiving of digitaldocuments is underestimated in legal and commercial circulation. Many users assumethat it is enough to use simple storing of files on digital carriers. This report discussesthe differences between storage of files and archiving of digital documents. The authorpresents tools for archiving of digital documents and benefits of this practice.
