Summary/Abstract: A phenomenon called “cybercrime” contains two kinds of crimes – “traditional”crimes committed in the cyberspace and crimes committed with the use of informationtechnology. The level of information society development is particularly connected withgrowth in the number of Internet users and the number of active IT devices. Because ofthat, increasing criminality taking place in the cyberspace is a natural consequence ofthis development.
