Summary/Abstract: This article includes outline frame for theoretical education to family values and findings of conducted among parents in selected institutions of preschool education. Analysys of data determines understending of the concept of values in parents opinions and shows selfeducation of parents within the knowledge of the values. Subsequently compiled components for which respondents pay attention in the educational process to values and the methods which are used by them. Analyzing results highlights the difficulty which parents are facing in the transmission of values to their children and shows values which parents generaly comunicate to children in preschool age.
