Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the issue of the way in which the Iranian constitution makers is approached to the regulation of economic matters in his text. Commitment for selecting the indicated Constitution is motivated by multiple specificities, which are characterized, as observed the constitutional text, and the state itself. The issue of Iran's economy in terms of a further meaning, since it is based on the fundamental principles of Islam and of a special economic model of modern society, which is called Islamic economy. Interesting of this model becomes even more pronounced in terms of the analyzed state and its framer of the Constitution, because the authenticity of the order in which it promotes the interweaving of the Shariah and democracy. Originality Iranian constitutionality is not only reflected in the constitution of "theocratic republic", but also on the occasion of establishing the principle that the economy identifies the means to achieve higher spiritual and moral values and goals.
