Summary/Abstract: Aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina, along with the genocide and other crimes against humanity committed in this country, greatly resemble the faith which befell Muslims of Andalusia, in the Muslim Spain. Marthiyya, a tragic poem of Abul Baqa Al Rundi laments over the loss of cities; it was made in 1267, in the aftermath of the loss of Sevilla which fell into the hands of Christians in 1248. Enclosed is the poem in its original Arabic version, as well as in Bosnian language.
