Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to provide a overview on different stages of the negotiations with World Trade Organization, since 1987 date of submission the application for accession, Algeria still trying to snatch accession card with minimum cost, where it tries to provides mall guarantees, but some WTO members raises reservations over some issues like aspects related to investment, for example: the Rule of 49/51, and domestic component, prevention of exporting,besides the agricultural issue which takes advantage of domestic subsidies and exporting subsides,also services industry knows low degree of openness, especially In some sensitive areas such as financial services, telecommunications.
