Summary/Abstract: An aim of considerations in the article is to identify the key areas of strategy development of an agricultural enterprise based on the concept of CSR. In the carried out studies there was used the method of process mapping in the major areas of business activities. As a result, there were analysed the main areas and identified strategies and actions implemented to date in the development strategy of the enterprise. In practice, it is possible to use the prepared, dedicated scheme identified areas to build the sustainable development of enterprises of different industries based on the concept of CSR. In social terms, the concept of CSR and the strategy built on the base of development of the company can have a positive impact on the environment, food and consumer safety, and company policy regarding human resources. The article is a case study based on the data of Farm Frites Poland Dwa Ltd.
