Summary/Abstract: The packaging destined for foods should be exceptionally safe. This issue is watched by institutions of the state administration, standardisation institutions as well as entrepreneurs (producers, suppliers) and consumers associations and organisations. In their article, the authors present the results of surveys on the process of ensuring by enterprises safety of packaging material and packaging produced therefrom, destined for contact with foods.
