Summary/Abstract: Introduction. Professional burnout of educators is increasingly recognized as a serious concern which is explained by a wide range of stress factors affecting educational practitioners. The purpose of the article is to develop and evaluate a burnout self-assessment questionnaire for educators.Materials and methods. The study used a psychodiagnostic complex, which included the following techniques: Maslach Burnout Inventory - Educators Survey, the scale of subjective well-being and the author's burnout self-assessment questionnaire. 730 educators were recruited for the study.Results. The obtained data made it possible to create and evaluate a burnout self-assessment questionnaire, which includes an integral scale, as well as four correlating scales: a negative attitude toward the microcosm; Negative attitude towards the macrocosm; Negative attitude to the professional role; Negative assessment of the time aspect. The peculiarities of educators’ attitude towards students, colleagues, and public institutions are considered. The author analyses the peculiarities of teachers’ attitude towards their professional role and the resulting conflicts. The specificity of the time aspect for teachers suffering from professional burnout is studied. Conclusion. The questionnaire can be used in the practice of psychologists for prevention and correction of burnout.
