Organizational model and cooperative management system (on the example of horticultural and beekeeping cooperatives)

Summary/Abstract: In his article, the author presents what conditions must be met by the optimal organisa- tional model of gardening and beekeeping cooperative. He includes therein: cooperative’s goals, adjustment of the cooperative’s organisational structure to the conditions in its envi- ronment, the principle of separation of functions and areas of activity of individual business links of the cooperative, the principle of business activity’s profitability and the principle of full participation of the members in cooperative management.
