Summary/Abstract: Conversion is the gift from God. His grace is calling to conversion and helps to change human lives. This process, however, does not brush away the importance of human efforts. Grace and the person are working together. That is why important external factors for conversion, for example, environmental influence, faith community and and the witness of individual members are important. Also important are a person‘s struggle to find answers to questions about the meaning of life and faith, to accept Christian faith teaching and to approve it heartfully.
