Summary/Abstract: Domestic trade firms should undertake working out and implementation of their own activity strategies taking into account the need to commence and strengthen cooperation with other small and medium-sized firms and to build competitive advantage based on singling out the firm or diversification of good/service offer. It will allow small trade companies not only for resolving their current problems but also for a gradual elimination of the reasons for their low competitiveness and maximum use of the assets possessed.
