Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the social aspect of the spiritual life of the Community o Sisters Disciples of the Cross. Analysed texts, from the official documents of the Church up to constitutions of the Community and the letters by its founder show how conventual formation and everyday life influence spiritual growth of the consecrated people. Many quotations from the Constitutions describe life of a Disciple of the Cross. They show a way to God, and to the Community, and to another human. Every sister through adherence to the law and thanks to life in grace can follow the way from the old to the new man, from the heart of stone to the heart of flesh, which means the friendship with God. To a Disciple of the Cross this passage is accomplished by giving her life to those who do not know or even reject God to let them accept His love.
