Summary/Abstract: The UN sanction measures are a set of enforcement tool for conducting international peace, safety and security that do not involve the use of armed force. Usually, there are a few types of UN sanctions which can be imposed in variety forms. In R. Macedonia the Law on International Restrictive measures of the Republic of Macedonia, for the first time was adopted in March 2007, and later in March 2011 a new Law on International Measures was brought. In R. Croatia the Law on International Restrictive measures of the Republic of Croatia was adopted in November 2008. The procedures, the implementation and the legal framework, are based on their Laws and internal acts, UN Council Resolution and Regulations.
