The Problem of the “Kingdom Now” Theology Challenge – part one

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes basic teachings of the Kingdom now theology, which is one variation of Dominion theology. In the first part article offers a brief history of emergence and development of the Kingdom now theology. After that article offers a survey of basic teachings of the Kingdom now theology in the area of soteriology, eschatology, ecclesiology, christology and anthropology. The conclusion is that the Kingdom now theology contains some positive and important teachings and emphasises for contemporary evangelical Christianity, but also a lot of problematic teachings that need to be rejected.
