Summary/Abstract: In the study hereby the author analyzes, on the one hand, application of the provisions under the (European) Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in the domestic law of the Member States of the Council of Europe, as well as the impact of European Court of Human Rights case law on national legal systems, on the other side.
