Summary/Abstract: Relations between Yugoslavia and the Kingdom of Nepal, although of a recent date, are based on a closeness of view on many international issues and the policy of active and peaceful coexistence, and on the mutual wish to expand bilateral cooperation. Nepal has from the very outset supported the policy of non-alignment and took an active part in the Conferences of the Non-Aligned Countries in Belgrade, Cairo and Lusaka, and in the Consultative Meeting held in Belgrade in July 1969.
