Summary/Abstract: The author considers the National Liberal (Stambolovist) Party, which unites the supporters of the former regent and Prime Minister S. Stambolov and is the main repeater of his ideas in the late 19th – early 20th century. He traces the forms of expression of the stambolovist views in the governmental mechanism and public life.
