Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is research of managerial aspects of forming conditions for successful functioning of retail sale outfits.There has been offered an integrated approach to development and realization of effective commercial strategy of managing an enterprise. The strategy defines the means with aid of which the enterprise plans to use available resources to reach the set goals. This strategy also determines target consumers to focus enterprise attention on. Special accent is put on determining rational types and kinds of specializations. This is ensured by not only grown interspecific and intraspecific competition inside retail trade but also by necessity for unification of construction and running of objects of trade service, rationalization and industrialization of trade and technological processes and also by necessity for steady growth of customer service.Organizational and managerial means will enable trade enterprises to enhance its efficiency and to successfully operate under volatile market conditions.
