Summary/Abstract: Yugoslavia has in the postwar period, especially in the course of the last few years, achieved notable results in technical and technological progress and has thus narrowed the gap separating her from the developed countries. The most significant achievements in this respect have been recorded in industry, which has been closely following the flows of modem technical-technological progress.
