Summary/Abstract: Trade plays a significant role in the expansion of the productive forces of society. On its efficiency depend the sale of the goods produced and the absorption of purchasing power, and this has an important function in the development of market relations and the formation of the structure of supply and demand. Developed trade exercises an influence on the volume and structure of production and the movement of stocks, and thus accelerates turnover of capital and expansion of production. As such, trade is an important factor in the stabilization of the market and improvement of the standard of living.
