Summary/Abstract: Under the Foreign Trade Act foreign trade is understood to include: exports and imports of goods, international forwarding, international carriage of goods and passengers, agency in international transport, foreign tourism, contractual goods inspection in international trade, construction of capital projects abroad, agency in international trade, brokerage in international trade, and other commercial services connected with international trade (harbor services, warehousing, international fairs, etc.).
