Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes the importance of continuous improvement of the process, quality management system and its continuous improvement. It also gives an overview of the methodology of doing the change because the corrective action that is a quality improvement tool is essentially a change in the performance and equipment parameters and changes in employee performance.
