Summary/Abstract: Yugoslavia’s socio-economic system is based on free, associated labor with socially-owned means of production and on self-management by working people in production and in the distribution of the social product in work organizations and the community. Socialist self-management relations are based on the socio-economic position of the working man in social reproduction which enables him to realize his personal material and moral interests and entitles him to benefit from the results of his labor and from the achievements of general material and social progress, and on this basis to satisfy as completely as possible his personal and social needs and develop his working and other creative abilities.
