Summary/Abstract: Since 1964 relations between Yugoslavia and the Republic of Cyprus have, as in earlier years, been marked by fruitful cooperation in all fields. Ever since the proclamation of its independence, the Republic of Cyprus has consistently pursued a policy of non-alignment and acted accordingly in all its international activities. Yugoslavia and Cyprus hold similar or identical views on many international issues and continue to cooperate closely in many international activities, especially in the United Nations and at various gatherings of the non-aligned countries.
