THE CHANGES OF ACCESS TO MEDIA BY NATIONAL MINORITY IN THE WEST POMERANIA

Summary/Abstract: Minority media play an important role as the sphere in which identities are reproduced and confronted with dominant society. Paper is based on the analysis of the relation between the state policy and the possibility of the accession to mass media by minority groups in the West Pomerania. Author traces a brief history of minority media. Important focus within this area is conditions of production of minority media (including state policy on these media).
