Summary/Abstract: The text presents the realization of a project for enhancing pupils’ competences for optimal organization of their school life and preparation for their personal and professional future as well as for raising the level of education. Described are the stages of implementation, the way of interaction between the school and the business. The results achieved during the implementation of the initiative are outlined.
