Summary/Abstract: The paper aims to make a succinct presentation on the necessity of appearance need for this international intergovernmental organization, as an international institution of financial law with a role of monetary cooperation and international financing, but also highlighting the highlighting the decisive role of this institution in generating the International Monetary System, through the regulations and norms it has issued, applicable to the international financial-currency relations.
