The nature of an application on permit registration of ownership rights to real estate in response to legislation effective from 1 January 2014

Summary/Abstract: The author reflects on the possibility of correction of erroneous information contained in the contracts of transfer of ownership during an ongoing procedure for the authorization of transfer of ownership in the Land Register. He contemplates the definition of parties to administrative and judicial proceedings on the application for registration of ownership in the Land Register. The author also compares the existing legislation with legislation effective from 1 January 2014.
