Summary/Abstract: The interpretation of Marx’s theory provided by autonomist Marxists aims at transcending the perspective of capital and adapting the perspective of labor. For this reason they offer the subjectivist, ‘minoritarian’ reading of Marx’s main concepts and decide to concentrate on class struggle instead of the objective laws of capital. The examples of this type of reading Marx that I chose to present are Antonio Negri’s discussion of the end of the law of value in Marx beyond Marx, Leopoldina Fortunati’s attempt to develop Marxist analysis of reproductive labor and Harry Cleaver’s description of the working class’ agency as the main force behind the capital’s development.
