Summary/Abstract: The article presents issues related to mapping and evaluation processes in the organization. Process analysis can identify potential points for improvements that can become variables affecting shaped in the enterprise management strategy. In the first part indicates the general methodology of searching the potential to improve the processes. The second part describes the progress of the methodology chosen company.
