Summary/Abstract: The article presents the possibilities of creating the brand image in social media. Selected methods of marketing communication offered by social media and used by companies to build and reinforce the brand image are also analysed. In the article the review of foreignand Polish literature concerning the theory of brand management and marketing, as well asan analysis of the content of social network sites, were applied.
