Quality of Nurses’ Work in Hospital

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was to assess the quality of work of nurses employed in the hospital.All the nurses employed in the hospital obtained the questionnaire survey prepared for the research. 160 respondents filled the questionnaires anonymously and voluntarily. Theinformation on hospital’s operation was taken from public information bulletin. The database for the analysis was prepared using Excel software. The data collected allowed for analysing: basic demographic characteristics of nurses; reasons for choosing nursing career; interpersona lrelationships between nurses and other employees; utilization of qualifications and skills in a place of work; physical workplace; and factors leading to demotivation at work.
