Summary/Abstract: The author presents her brief critical account of selected issues covered by the Serbian National Judicial Reform Strategy 2013-2018 and the Action Plan for its Implementation, having in mind the fact that these are the two documents the implementation of which will be a key issue in the EU accession negotiations for the Chapters 23 and 24. The author identifies some of the deficiencies and drawbacks of both the Strategy and the Action plan, but also comments on planned welcome changes to the Serbian regulatory framework.
