Analysis of healthcare costs in the context of investment renovation of human capital

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to highlight the peculiarities of the health care financing in the context of investment renovation of human capital. This paper focuses on the analysis of the growth rate of health care costs and population number in Ukraine, the tendency of changes of health care costs indicators in Ukraine in 2003-2015. This paper aims at comparing the cost structure according to financing health organizations and sources of its funding. We also analyze the total costs on health care in Ukraine compared with other countries. Moreover, this paper defines the basic problems of the current system of health care financing in Ukraine and the ways of its elimination.
