Summary/Abstract: Hungary, Serbia’s northern neighbor, get its second written constitution – Fundamental Law of Hungary replacing previous adopted in 1949. In heated atmosphere of constitutional reform in BIH, during 2011 the Republic of Srpska adopted 122nd Amendment to the Constitution, but new amendments. Although Croatia somehow adopted Revision of the Constitution in 2010, country has fallen into some kind of silent constitutional crisis that culminated when the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia refused to accept the consolidated text of the Constitution de facto declaring it to be unconstitutional. In the meantime, process for the new constitutional revision started but ended soon without result. In the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia provision concerning ban of extradition of nationals to foreign countries in the Constitution of 1991 has been amended by the 32nd Amendment. Montenegro has started amendment process in early 2011 but conflict with opposition over “identity issues” has prevented adoption of constitutional amendments.
