THE QUESTIONNAIRE – INVESTIGATION TECHNIQUE FOR THE LEGAL PHENOMENON

Summary/Abstract: The method of the specific sociological research allows the performance of certain direct investigations using the sociological surveys (for instance: the observation, description, interview, survey and questionnaire) on issues related to legal phenomena. In this study we shall aim to analyze the questionnaire as investigation technique for the legal phenomenon due to its advantage that all participants are placed in the same psychological position and by data processing the final results are easy to be reached, thus insuring their comparison.
