Responsible parenthood cannot be reduced only to the knowledge of natural methods and thus it should take into account the cognitive aspect. Responsible parenthood is achieved at the moral and religious plane. It is connected with the dignity of a person as a free human being. Responsible parenthood is expressed in the adoption of the consequences of actions because it is a measure of maturity.
