Summary/Abstract: Addressing the theme of „incorporeal good” in a study that is intended to be an administrative law one – and not a civil law one – may, in itself, seem a ridiculous and risky approach. This is even more obvious in the light of the fact that, within the ideological and terminological framework of civil law, such a topic is considered to be a rather difficult one, only partially clarified, so that its approach from the perspective of the administrative law is likely to charge the person assuming it with scientific frivolity. However, we have taken the liberty of approaching the legal regime of the incorporeal goods able to constitute derived objects of certain administrative law relations.
