Summary/Abstract: More than 40 billion people who are stricken by deathly AIDS provide enough reason to announce the pandemics, just as it provides the phenomenon to be looked at from different positions, aiming to the more effective fight, against the only illness with 100% death ending till now. The demographic outcomes of this pandemic can be seen in the distribution of the illness according to the age, sex and social group of the population, as well as by the shortening of the average life span. Spatial distribution of infected people and the intensity of spreading of the disease are also facts contributing to the problem to be the demographic one. The region highly stricken by AIDS is the Africa Under-Sahara with 70% of the total number of infected people and diseased with AIDS. There is the problem of the development of the population in the country’s most stricken by the disease because of the fact that the biggest number of the infected is population between 15 and 40 years old.
